MDRT conduct annual meetings which are held in North america, as well as in Asia each year, which is open to all members.
The condition to become MDRT agent changes each year on the basis of last year figures.
There are two more Elite group which are above MDRT:
First one is Court of table ( COT) which is equal to three times of MDRT
Second one is Top of table ( TOT) which is equal to six times of TOT
Its a great honour for LIC as it tops the list of MDRT producers in whole world.
